TELCU Audio Response

Obtain account information 24/7 with a phone call to our Audio Response System. All you need is your account number and a pre-assigned PIN. Then simply dial 1-800-303-9645. The program will take you through the steps to obtain your account information. The most common inquiries are:

  • Account Balances
  • Check Clearing and Deposit Information
  • Account and Loan Transfers
  • Request a Check Withdrawal (sent by mail)

If you don't have or don't know your personal identification number, speak with a Member Service Representative at (815) 937-7447, option 1, who can assign you a number.

TELCU users will be allowed 10 free calls per month. After that, a fee of $1.00 per call will be charged.
